Annex On Westney is a slum for poor neglected mental health residents. The manager drives around in a mercedes while the residents sit on broken chairs and are fed unhealthy foods without fresh fruit/vegetables. Snacks example two saltines. The staff are nasty to elderly and mental health people, frequently ignoring their health and basic needs. Durham Public Health Needs to ignore this and close the Annex.
